Dal 30 marzo al 3 aprile 2023 io e mio figlio abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di partecipare al primo Free Wing Progression Youth Camp di wingfoil a Leucate, in Francia. E’ stata un’esperienza unica e indimenticabile che ci ha permesso di imparare tanto su questo sport meraviglioso.
Il Free Wing Progression Youth Camp l’evento era aperto ai giovani di età compresa tra i 14 e i 21 anni e offriva l’opportunità di imparare il wingfoil, una disciplina relativamente nuova che sta guadagnando popolarità tra gli appassionati di sport acquatici in tutto il mondo.
Il campo si è tenuto sulla spiaggia di Leucate, nel sud della Francia, ed è stato condotto da istruttori esperti che hanno insegnato ai partecipanti le basi del wingfoil. Durante il campo ho avuto l’opportunità di scattare foto incredibili degli atleti che si allenavano sulle acque cristalline della costa mediterranea francese.
Il wingfoil è uno sport davvero spettacolare e impressionante da fotografare.Per catturare queste immagini, ho utilizzato la mia Canon EOS 77d e il bellissimo Canon EF 100-400mm.

From 30 March to 3 April 2023, my son and I had the opportunity to participate in the first Free Wing Progression Youth Camp in wingfoil in Leucate, France. It was a unique and unforgettable experience that allowed us to learn so much about this wonderful sport.
The Free Wing Progression Youth Camp was open to young people between the ages of 14 and 21 and offered the opportunity to learn wingfoil, a relatively new discipline that is gaining popularity among water sports enthusiasts worldwide.
The camp was held on the beach in Leucate, southern France, and was led by experienced instructors who taught participants the basics of wingfoil. During the camp, I had the opportunity to take incredible photos of the athletes training on the crystal-clear waters of the French Mediterranean coast.
Wingfoil is a truly spectacular and impressive sport to photograph.To capture these images, I used my Canon EOS 77d and the beautiful Canon EF 100-400mm.
